The massage helps the dissolved magnesium to be absorbed by the skin and to have a nurturing and relaxing effect on the muscles. Application: spray 2 x daily or when necessary 4 to 5 pumps of Magnesium Spray directly onto the skin and slightly massage it in. Note: If your sensitive skin starts to tingle, wash it with water.
